Race for Education Update
St. Mary School's Race for Education was amazing! A BIG Thank You goes out to everyone who donated (that includes all the supporters who donated their time to cheer on the kids)! The students worked really hard for all your generous donations and St Mary's has raised $20,000, and counting!! Check out the pictures in the slide show on the right and our Facebook site, for even more. If you would still like to make a donation, it's not too late -- click the link below -- its that easy! Thank you for your continued support!

Art & Music News

Thank you to everyone who attended the St. Mary production of "A Little Princess." We have such talented students!!

Saint Mary students shined at the Archdiocesan Elementary Festival of the Arts held at Pope John Paul II High School! Over 80 student artists and digital animators were represented as well as over 20 musical performers! See some images from the exhibit on the right. Thank you families for supporting the Arts here at St. Mary School!

Visit St. Mary's School online Art Gallery at Artsonia and St. Mary's Art Room Blog to find out what is going on in the Art Room! Both sites will be updated weekly, so keep checking back.

Parent Reminders...

Send in Notes...
Please remember to send a note to school stating changes to your child’s afternoon destinations. There are 275 students at Saint Mary’s and teachers will not have time during the day to check their email several times. We need your help in this communication effort. Many times a student come to the office saying “they are a car rider”, because they talked about it at home, but we have no note. Notes would alleviate all the undue stress.

Uniform - Dress Code

Check your child's uniform and please make sure your child is coming to school in the proper uniform. Reread the Dress Code and follow! Dress weather-appropriate as we try to go outside every day, weather-permitting. Check out the Uniform Exchange if you have old uniforms to donate, or your child needs anything.

We continue to seek Nurses and Recess Helpers - Can you Help?

Our school is greatly in need of volunteers to help in the nurse’s room at lunch and recess time. Time would be 12:25 to 1:10pm. Can you spare 45 minutes? Primarily it is just knee scrapes and ice packs. We can really use your help! Parents/Grandparents - are you looking for some time around the children/ grandchildren? Please call the office if available. Thank you!

Discount Hershey Park Tickets are available again this year. Please click here to see the flyer for more information!

Penn DOT has closed the Route 73 (Skippack Pike) Bridge in Schwenksville and it will continue to be closed through December 2016. This will have a significant impact on arrival and departure from school. Please do your best to plan to arrive on time. We will pass on any information we receive from Bus Companies concerning changes that may be made to current transportation.
